What does the Toby Carvery app do?

It books tables, takes Order at Table and takeaway orders, and holds your Carvery Club rewards and stamp card. The App Store listing adds paying your bill at the table and finding your local.

How do I log in to Toby Carvery?

Open the app and log in with your email and password, or click Sign in/Register at the top of any page on tobycarvery.co.uk.

Signing up for Toby's emails does not create an app account: the two are separate, so you may need to register in the app as well.

1. In the app, choose Log In and enter the email address you registered with.
2. On a computer or phone browser, go to tobycarvery.co.uk/myaccount or use Sign in/Register at the top of Toby's website.
3. Not sure you have an account? Toby suggests choosing Sign Up: if you are already registered, you will be told.

How do I reset my Toby Carvery password?

Choose Forgotten Password under the login fields. Toby emails a 6-digit code; enter it, then set a new password.

If you signed up with Apple, reset with your Apple ID email. Find it in your iPhone Settings: tap your name, Sign in with Apple, then Toby Carvery. If you chose Hide My Email, the address ends in @privaterelay.appleid.com.

Switching between the app and your email for the code can be fiddly; Toby says you can do the same reset on its website instead.

What do you get for joining the Carvery Club?

A voucher for 25% off the adult food bill, Monday to Saturday, plus a birthday reward if you join at least 14 days before your birthday.

The 25% voucher is not valid on Sundays, bank holidays, kids meals, drinks, set menus, buffets or third-party delivery. Full terms and the other current offers are on Toby Carvery deals and discounts.

How do stamps work in the Toby Carvery app?

Show the QR code in the app when you pay and you collect one stamp a day. The 1st stamp gives a mystery prize, the 3rd a free adult main or breakfast and the 5th 30% off your bill.

The stamp card lasts 12 months and resets once you redeem the final reward. Most rewards and offers expire after 28 days.

From Toby's Carvery Club terms, read 17 Oct 2026. Stamps count on breakfasts, mains and set menus. Rewards need a live code in the app: screenshots are not accepted.

What if a reward or stamp is missing from the app?

An expired reward disappears automatically, usually after 28 days. A stamp that has not appeared within two hours needs Guest Care, because restaurants cannot add one after you have paid.

• Reward gone: it has probably expired. On Android, clearing the app's cache and data (phone Settings, Apps, Toby Carvery, Storage) and logging in again can bring rewards back.
• Stamp missing or forgotten: contact Guest Care through mbplc.com/guest-feedback.
• No offer email: Toby usually sends them on Sundays; check your spam folder. Not every guest gets the same offers.
• App will not connect in the restaurant: use the free "Guest Wi-Fi" (provided by Sky) in every Toby Carvery.
• Wrong email or date of birth: these are locked in the app. For a new email, create a new account and ask Guest Care to move your stamps and rewards across.

How do I delete my Toby Carvery account?

Signed in, go to Account, then Profile, scroll down and choose Delete Account. The same steps work on the website.

To stop marketing emails but keep the account, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Toby email.
